I thought by now everyone had seen blazing saddles, but I ran into someone the other day who had just seen it for the very first time and said she never laughed so hard in her life.
In this day and age where you don't dare say certain words for fear you'd be labeled a racist,Blazing Saddles shouts it loud with no reservations whatsoever.
The lady who had just seen it the first time told me, "it teaches us how to laugh at ourselves, and not take everything so seriously".
I think one of the funniest parts is when Cleavon Little holds himself hostage to get out of a hairy situation.
If you haven't seen it, rent it soon you won't be sorry!
