V FOR VENDETTA

V is also for Very good movie.This film has no real down time,every scene is worthy of your full attention. I include this movie here for favorite scenes because there are at least two scenes where breakfast is being made for our heroine. It looks very good and is a unique way of having eggs and toast. It took me a couple of tries to get it right and a question to google, but I've got it down now and would like to pass it on to you.
Put some butter or margarine in a pan and melt it. While it's melting get a piece of bread and make an egg size hole in the center. Now in the movie I believe they scrambled an egg, however I like mine over easy. Either way, place the bread in the pan on medium heat and drop the egg in the hole of the bread. When it starts to get solid and the bottom of the bread browns, carefully turn over. The bread comes out crispy, the egg is secure inside the hole and it's delicious! Breakfast and a movie, how about it?
